Rejuvenate and Revitalize the Body
Regarding the Masters
The collaboration between grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan and VAHVA Fitness has facilitated the creation of the Health & Fighting Qigong course. Both the instructional (Jiang Yu Shan) and producing (VAHVA Fitness) aspects are of the utmost quality.
Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan
Jiang Yu Shan (江玉山, Hisham Al-Haroun) has been awarded the 9th Dan (Grandmaster) by the Chinese Kung Fu organization in recognition of his exceptional talent, significant contributions, and outstanding reputation. His qualifications and background are unparalleled by most, if not all.
Eero Westerberg, the instructor
Eero Westerberg is a globally recognized strength coach, expert in human body and movement, and a disciple of Jiang Yu Shan. After traveling extensively for more than 4 years in search of the most exceptional trainers worldwide, while also working as a teacher himself, he finally encountered Jiang Yu Shan in a lesser-known location in Taiwan.
The Ancient Art of Qigong
Qigong is an ancient health practice that dates back 5000 years, making it one of the oldest versions of such activities in history.
In the past, many millennia or even only a few centuries ago, individuals inhabited a significantly dissimilar planet compared to our present-day existence.
The contemporary world is comparatively less physical and perilous than its predecessor. In the past, diseases and injuries often resulted in mortality or enduring harm.
Antibiotics were absent. No surgical procedures. There is nothing that we see as guaranteed in the contemporary world. Errors resulted in physical harm to limbs and even loss of life.
The masters had to delve inside the body instead of depending on external sources. In addition to rehabilitation, they had to acquire the skills to regulate respiration, cognition, and overall physiology for the purposes of enhancing health, extending lifespan, and augmenting physical prowess.
Throughout millennia, the ancient Qigong masters produced remarkable breakthroughs in the field of human performance and the capacity to organically restore the body’s health.
Currently, a substantial portion of this work has been neglected or overlooked. Individuals have developed a reliance on external resources and lack the ability to independently repair or attend to their own needs.
There exists a solution for every problem that typically resolves the symptom, but fails to address the underlying cause.
Locating authentic Qigong practices has become very challenging due to the scarcity of genuine masters. Attending a conventional Qigong class frequently entails a strong emphasis on esoteric concepts like as “healing energy,” or a focus only on surface forms.
Genuine Qigong is entirely pragmatic, offering strategies and exercises that may be readily used to enhance one’s health, well-being, and physical performance. The effects are experienced promptly or within a brief duration.
Furthermore, in accordance with ancient wisdom, Authentic Qigong may elicit such a potent and vigorous response that it leads to significant disruptions in hormonal equilibrium for women, mostly as a result of the substantial surge in testosterone levels inside the body.
We are thrilled to offer you both Health Qigong and Fighting Neigong, which will assist in revitalizing and rejuvenating your body.
In our assessment, this piece of art is seen as one of the most significant contributions to the area up to now. By continuing to read, you will have a clear understanding of the reasons for this.

Jiang’s teachers maintained direct communication with the monks and abbots of the original Shaolin monastery prior to its demolition and commercialization.
The Golden Bell.
We shall safeguard the little Golden Bell, a well guarded technique of the ancient Shaolin monastery. The monks diligently endeavored to safeguard this expertise throughout history.
The Golden Bell served as a safeguard for the physical and mental well-being of warrior monks during conflict and challenging circumstances.
Your physical form will acquire the hardness and resilience of iron, while your mental faculties will develop an impenetrable resistance to extraneous influences.
